FM Works 2.7.2 Service Release 1


Description:

This service release contains a number of enhancements and minor bug fixes for the FM Works 2.7.2 release.  We recommended installing this service release and it is required for FM Works installations that use Archibus 14.

Enhancements :

• FM Works itself (along with the FM Works Remote Schema Tool) are now compatible with the Archibus 14 environment (including 11 & 12).  The full release of FM Works for Archibus 14 (Which will also include the FM Works Project Wizard and demo database for 14) will be available for download soon.
• Ability to assign a craftsperson to multiple requests in one step by right-clicking on the Work Request(s) in the Works Manager search results grid.
  

Bug Fixes :

There are a few minor bug fixes.

Prerequisites for this Service Release:

FM Works 2.7.2 must be installed.

Installation Instructions:

1. Simply download and unzip the update_2721.zip.  Be sure to unzip the package to the original installation location when asked where to install it to. (Typically C:\Program Files\FM Resource Group\FM Works\BIN)

2. Use the FM Works Project Wizard (or Remote Schema Tool) to update your Archibus project database. This will upgrade the database to FM Works database version 123.

Verification:

The Help/About box in FM Works will show: “2.7.2 SREL1.2”
