Automated Workflow for Basic FM Operations -- This "Product Capability Review" document presents some typical scenarios and discusses how FM Works provides easy automation of basic work flow - “out of the box” -- without the expense and complexity of more advanced “workflow engines.” It presents the functions of FM Works in a work flow format, similar to the way it will be used in a typical work place, from the perspective of the user, performing a daily routine of processing work orders or requests.
