Presentation/Demos These are a set of video (AVI) files that provide an overview of FM Works. The videos can be run on any PC that has the free Microsoft Media Player installed. We strongly encourage everyone to watch these informative videos. The link will direct you to a short registration form that we ask you to complete prior to downloading the videos.

White Paper -- The Product White Paper provides a comprehensive look at all aspects of FM Works including primary features and benefits, hardware and software requirements, support utilities, etc.

Automated Workflow for Basic FM Operations -- This "Product Capability Review" document presents some typical scenarios and discusses how FM Works provides easy automation of the basic workflow - “out of the box” -- without the expense and complexity of more advanced “workflow engines.” It presents the functions of FM Works in a workflow format, similar to the way it will be used in a typical work place, from the perspective of the user, performing a daily routine of processing work orders or requests.
