Presentation/Demos These are a set of video (AVI) files that provide an overview of FM Works. They videos can be run on any PC that has the free Microsoft Media Player installed. White Paper -- The Product White Paper provides a comprehensive look at all aspects of FM Works including primary features and benefits, hardware and software requirements, support utilities, etc.

Automated Workflow for Basic FM Operations -- This "Product Capability Review" document presents some typical scenarios and discusses how FM Works provides easy automation of basic work flow - “out of the box” -- without the expense and complexity of more advanced “workflow engines.” It presents the functions of FM Works in a work flow format, similar to the way it will be used in a typical work place, from the perspective of the user, performing a daily routine of processing work orders or requests.
